Migration of SNA to APPN. 3rd Level Support and VTAM/NCP/X.25/SNI maintenance. Installation of network monitors (Omegamon,NPM).Implementation of new releases of  VTAM/NCP. Daily operation duties for mainframe network connections, ensuring availabilty of the produktion systems, NetView FTP, Ongum.Problem analysis and resolution in the daily computer center operations.Implementation of parallel Sysplex and VTAM generic ressources,Enterprise Extender,  OSA Adapter, Extended Border Node.Implementation and maintenance of DSME,SME (VTAM  Exits)Performance monitoring and tuning of the network.Replacemnet of X.25 NPSI with HNAS.

 From October 2008 – Dezember 2008:

 Teaching several classes for ASIC, Allianz Insurance and Dresdner Bank in Munich for Operator and Second Level Support. Contents: VTAM/SNA/APPN/HPR/Enterprise Extender from basic to in depth.
